Jeremy has lost 120 pounds, and kept the weight off for several years. He had tried several times in the past to loose weight and always gained it back. Jeremy and I are on a local running team together and I have only known him how he is today. When I learned about his story I was truly inspired and wanted to share it with all of you! He gives some great simple tips to help you get moving and building momentum in changing your life.
