Do you dream of living your best life? Do you find yourself chasing more happiness, more peace and more abundance yet never feel like you’re arriving? Last January I had reached a point in my life where I was seeking more. More contentment, more peace, more joy, and the list goes on. But I didn’t understand why I needed more. I had been blessed with great financial success, an amazing family, and a significant amount of time and freedom to enjoy. I had a life most people only dream of, so why wasn’t I satisfied? I had spent over a decade focused on personal development and exposed myself to hundreds of books, audios and seminars to enrich my life and improve myself. Yet something big was missing in my formula for happiness and I couldn’t quite put my finger on it.
But then I attended a Wayne Dyer weekend seminar last January that changed everything. During the event, I sort of got forced to meditate for the first time in my life. That was quite possibly the most powerful moment of my entire personal growth journey. I went in kicking and screaming and came out profoundly changed, so I started a regular meditation practice and it has been hugely transformational for me. Simply put, meditation made me better at life.
