Are you a person with many responsibilities? Work, Family, School, Kids? If your like me the list of obligations is ongoing. For years I would wake up and immediately my focus was on what “I have to” do. I was not present and not as happy and fulfilled as a wanted to be. I made a simple shift from “I have to” to “I get to” and everything changed. Replacing “I have to” with “I get to” can make a huge difference to the quality of your day to day experience.
